This study aims to evaluate the reliability and validity of a Korean vereion of the quality of measure among nursing home residents in Korea. The sample included 332 nursing home residents who were surveyed about demographic information, quality of life, and depressive symptoms. Descriptive analysis, item analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted with SPSS 26.0 and Mplus VERSION 8.4. The results showed that the internal consistency of the Korean measure for quality of life among nursing home residents was excellent(Cronbach¡¯s alpha= .930). The confirmatory factor analysis revealed that the construct validity was acceptable with the good model fit indices(CFI= .979, TLI= .974, SRMR= .038). The convergent validity of the measurement was empirically confirmed with the statistically significant relationship(r=-.429) between quality of life and depressive symptoms(p<.001). Therefore, the Korean measure for the quality of life for nursing home residents can be used for gerontological researchers and practitioners to address the level of quality of life for nursing home residents.
